ကို္ယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ယူသံုးျခင္းႏွင့္ စပ္လ်ဥ္းျပီး တိုင္တန္းမႈေတြ ေပးပို႔ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ Viet An မွ အတည္ျပဳျပီး ေျဖၾကားျခင္း၊ ျပန္ျပီးထိန္းသိမ္းရန္ႏွင့္ အခ်က္အလက္ေတြကို လံုျခံဳေအာင္ ထိန္းသိမ္းရန္ လမ္းျပေပးျခင္းတို႕ကို တာ၀န္ယူေပးသြားမွာပါ

The steps are as follows:

- Step 1: Complaint receipt
The customers send complaints to Viet An via email, phones or via post to our address. Viet An’s customer care department is responsible for receiving and guiding the customers to clarify complaint content and provide relevant information and documents.

အဆင့္ ၁- တိုင္တန္းမႈကို လက္ခံရရွိျခင္း
၀ယ္ယူသူေတြက တိုင္ၾကားမႈေတြကို email ဖုန္းတို႔မွ တဆင့္ သို႔မဟုတ္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ရဲ႕ လိပ္စာကို ေပးပို႔ၾကပါတယ္။ Viet An မွ ၀ယ္ယူသူေတြကို ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရး ႒ာနက တိုင္တန္းခ်က္ေတြကို လက္ခံျပီး တိုင္ၾကားတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းအရာကုိ ရွင္းျပျပီး သင့္ေတာ္တဲ့ အခ်က္အလက္ေတြနဲ႔ စာခ်ဳပ္စာတမ္းေတြ ေပးဖို႔ တာ၀န္ရွိပါတယ္။

- Step 2: Verify the complaint contents
After receiving the complaints, the Customer care department will classify and transfer the complaints to the relevant PIC.
အဆင့္ ၂- တိုင္ၾကားခ်က္ကို စစ္ေဆးျခင္း
တိုင္ၾကားခ်က္ကို လက္ခံရရွိျပီးတဲ့ အခါမွာ ၀ယ္ယူသူေတြကို ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရး ႒ာနက စစ္ေဆးျပီး သက္ဆိုင္ရာ PIC ကို ေပးပို႔ေပးမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
- Step 3: Summarize the results and send feedback to the customers (via phone and/or email)
အဆင့္ ၃ - ရလဒ္ကို အက်ဥ္းခ်ဳပ္ျပီး ၀ယ္ယူသူေတြထံ တံု႕ျပန္ခ်က္ေပးပါ (ဖုန္း သို႔မဟုတ္ email မွ တဆင့္)
