1. The raw water filtration process

If you choose the water source to purify it into pure water, the water will first be pumped from the borehole through the multipurpose water treatment system, and the sludge filtration system before being put into the head tank to filter.

+ Multi-purpose filter tank No1 including 20” Filter housing and 20” PDF Filter Cartridge: multipurpose treatment including biological filtration materials for treating alum, impurities, organic, and heavy metals in water. At the same time, balance upstream pH before going through filter No. 2

+ Adsorption filter tank No2: The main component is high-grade activated carbon to treat odours, fishy smell, colour, organic compounds in water and enhance clear water.

+ Softening tank No3: contains Cation Resin USA filter materials to treat hardness, lime (CaCO3) in water, soften water, ... to protect the pure RO filter system to avoid clogging.

2.  The process of removing heavy metals, bacteria in a water

Water from the intermediate tank will be pumped through a sludge filter slot of the 1-micron size. Then the water is pumped through RO reverse osmosis membrane filter. It is necessary to have a filtration system to prevent sludge from appearing in the tank, in addition, it is essential to protect the RO membrane to avoid membrane tearing to help the filter system extend the life and water quality after filter always ensures the best quality.

With membrane is the super small size only about 0.0001 microns, the RO filter will remove up to 99.99% of heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and organic compounds in the water to be treated. 3. Sterilization process of VACC300 water filtration line

The VACC 300 also has a pure residue filter to block the sludge from the finished tank, which also forms a barrier to protect the UV light from being broken.

The bacteria that are killed by UV ultraviolet light will be moved out through the bacteriostatic filter with 0.2-micron filter. In order for the system to operate stably and increase the life expectancy, please take care to check carefully before operating the VACC300 industrial filter.

You should check that the closed and open valves are in right place, after checking and then turn on the pump switch to see the pump is working normally or not? You should check the amount of water supplied to the tank to ensure it is enough or not?

If you hear the different sound of the pump or the amount of water is not enough, you should check again the pump has a problem or not?

You should pay attention to the water flow through the filter tanks because this is the water treatment line using mechanical valves, so you need to adjust the 3-way valve to wash the filter tank. Otherwise, it will affect the quality of the finished product as well as the life of the filter line.
