Water treatment process ေရျပဳျပင္ထိန္းသိမ္းမႈလုပ္ငန္း
1. Raw water filtration process ေရစိမ္းစစ္ထုတ္ျခင္း လုပ္ငန္း
First, the water will be pumped from the well into the multifunctional treatment tank and sludge treatment tank before it is sent to the filtration tank.
+ A multifunctional filter cartridge housing consists of 20 pieces of 20” filter cartridge and 20 pieces of 20” filter housing utilizes chemical process to remove alum, impurities, organic matter, and heavy metals from the water and balances pH amount remained at the secondary filtration tank.
+ Softening filter cartridge housing: Utilizes USA Cation Resin to remove dissolved minerals in the form of Calcium (Ca) from the water to make it softener and pure, protect RO membrane from being clogged.
After being primarily treated at the multifunctional raw treatment system , the water will flow into the fine filtration system, with the filter slot size of 5 micro meters for odor removal before it is sent to the middle tank.
2. Heavy metal, bacteria removal ၂။အရြယ္ၾကီးေသာ သတၱဳ၊ ဘက္တီးရီးယား ဖယ္ရွားျခင္း
From the middle tank, the water will be pumped into a fine filter with the filter slot size of 1 micro meters. The water is then pumped into the Reverse osmosis membrane. The fine filter is important to remove any external sedimentation and protect the membrane from being damaged, from which prolonging the shelf life of the filtration system and ensure the best water quality.
With a very small size of only about 0.0001 micrometers, the RO membrane is capable of removing up to 99.99% of heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and organic compounds remaining in the water. Finished water is purified water that will be stored in the storage tank. Waste water will be discharged from the system.
Although RO Dow membrane can remove almost all toxic heavy metals, with special mechanism, they still retain necessary natural minerals for the human body like Na +; K +, etc.
3. Sterilization process ၃။ပိုးသတ္ျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္
Sterilization is a very important step in the water filtration process. That is the reason why VACC300 pure water filtration line is equipped with Ozone to disinfect and kill all bacteria remaining in the water.
VACC 300 is also equipped with a fine filter to keep sediment generated at the storage tank. It also acts as a barrier protecting the UV antibacterial lamp from being broken.
Unlike other conventional water filtration products in the market that only use the single sterilization, VACC300 system utilizes double sterilization method with UV light to enhance bacteria control, sterilize twice.
The dead bacteria killed by UV light will be moved out through the bacteria filter with the filter slot size of 0.2 micro meters. With this bacteria filter, killed bacteria will be moved out through the waste water drainage. There will be no dead bacteria remaining in the distribution. Before coming to the distribution, the water will be filtered through a special treatment equipment to increase sweetness and keep the natural minerals for the water.
